Try to answer the kind of questions you'd want to ask about that business, for example:

• Were your items served correctly; if food, was it well cooked?
• Did you get good, helpful and/or polite service?
• Were the facilities clean & tidy?
• Did the work finish on time and/or on budget?
• Would you use this business again?
• Is it best for a particular group/purpose? - For instance, a café for professional meetings or a handy man who's excellent at tiling
